We are self-employed building contractors based in St. Johns, Wakefield, serving the City and surrounding areas. With 30+ years’ experience in the building trade, you can be confident that with CG Building Services, you’ll get the job done.
We are a family company, led by Chris and his two sons Simon and James. We are friendly, professional and courteous tradesmen who always put the client first. We have a team of expert tradesmen who we work with on every job, like joiners, electricians, plumbers and roofers.
CG Building Services specialise in extensions to properties, both single and double, however we maintain a ‘no job too small’ mindset, and all building work can be undertaken.

We had a disaster when moving house the buyers solicitor pulled some work up done by previous owners that hadn't been signed off by building control upon further digging a supporting RSJ hadn't been installed correctly Chris and the lads managed to squeeze it in put the job right and get it signed off by building control in just a few days to prevent our house sale falling through, great lads top service
